California Wins Global Warming Clean Cars Lawsuit

According to an NRDC Press Release California and 16 other states just managed to send a big fat "told you so" to Detroit automakers trying to thwart stringent state-made pollution standards.

Senate Finally Sets the Bar for Detroit

In the first legislative move to quell our nation’s addiction to oil (as so dubbed by our Decider in Chief), the Senate has comfortably passed (65-27) a broad energy bill that--most notably--requires the first gas mileage increase for passenger vehicles in over two decades.
